Returns
For any reason that you may want to return an item, you have 14 days within receiving the order to notify me.
After notifying me about returning an order, you have an additional 14 days to ship me the returning item(s).
For earrings, I unfortunately can't do a return due to hygiene reasons. Similarly, for custom jewelry orders, I do not accept return orders for custom jewelry.
Once I receive the return, I will issue a full refund.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If an order is damaged from shipping when delivered, please contact me so I can give you a refund, repair, or replace your order entirely.
If an order is lost during shipping, please also reach out to me and I will work my best to look into the problem.
Cancellations
Before purchasing an item, please ask me any questions or concerns you may have so you can make an informed decision about a purchase.
If you do need to cancel an order prior to shipping, let me know as early as possible.
In the case that an order has already shipped before requesting a cancellation, you will need to send me back the order. Once I receive it, I will issue a refund.
